Dr. Agrawal along with Dr. Pareek, established IUM Global. He is well studied in multiple fields and has more than 25 scientific articles and book chapters on cardiovascular medicine, medicinal plants, ecological sustainability and traditional Indian folk medicine. He is well travelled and has expertise in ecological development, sustainability and holistic development of rural India.

Dr. Agrawal worked with many world renowned social workers and leaders such as Nanaji Deshmukh and Baba Amte along with many others in the field. Since moving to the USA in 1996, he has started multiple social organization to help and assist the local community in distress.
